Montree is the owner of Remix yoga & Fitness studio. He has been a health and fitness coach for more than 25 years. Montree focuses on bio-mechanics of human anatomy, holistic nutrition, and can help you get stronger, leaner, more flexible, move better,and improve your posture by guiding you to train the most effective way to meet your goals. He utilizes TRX (suspension training), F.I.T Stick, small dumbbells and using mostly your own body-weight to build strength, cardio conditioning, coordination, injury prevention, joint stability, core and balance.
