F.I.T (L1) Remix is combining TRX (suspension training), small dumbbells and mindful functional movement for ultimate results. It's a very effective way to work and shape up your whole entire body, using mostly your own body-weight to build strength, cardio conditioning, coordination, flexibility, joint stability, core and balance. An advantage in using your own body-weight and gravity is that you are able to quickly adjust postures to accommodate your own personal fitness level. This class compliments with yoga perfectly.
