F.I.T BASIC REMIX is designed as an introduction to the TRX (suspension training), Functional movements and Balance training. Class is paced slower than an all-levels class, and members will be introduced to the exercise through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. F.I.T BASIC classes focus on developing clear and safe foundational exercise movements. You will feel stronger, move better, stand taller, and have more flexibility after taking this class. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a small group environment. Perfect for beginners.
