Yin Yoga w Sound Healing consists of mostly seated or lying postures that passively stretch your body for 3-5 minutes to improve flexibility and alignment. This class incorporates the healing sound of singing bowls, chimes, bells and drums for a deep state of calm.

Relax N Restorative
BEGINNER FRIENDLY (60 MINUTES)
Perfect for beginners and those with more limited mobility. The first half of class will focus on gentle movements for all parts of the body. And the second half will focus on holding postures supported by props for longer periods of time to allow the body to relax and restore.
